Founder & Creative DirectorPhil Dias
Founder & Creative DirectorWith over 25 years industry experience, I’ve been involved in all manner of projects from Brand design to working on blockbuster film sets. I started Karma over 11 years ago, named after John Lennon’s ‘Instant Karma’, which was in my head at the time, and truly captures my outlook on life. I’m proud of the team I’ve built up, past and present and the body of work we’ve created over the years. I’m a highly skilled creative director, if something needs doing, I’ll work out a way, nothing can’t be done! A Cockney and proud, London runs through my veins, I don’t think I could live anywhere else. The upbeat, uptempo momentum of the city fits perfectly with my 90mph friendly attitude. Long suffering Spurs fan. In my spare time you can usually find me on a golf course or cycling around the Alps. I love a good movie and going to gigs. If I’m not out partying or tucked away in my man cave on the 1 & 2s, then I’m mostly in the studio working on something. All the hard works pays off when I get to spend quality time with my wife and 2 kids, Freya and Beau, educating them about good music and how to cook a mean BBQ – Living the dream!

Director & AccountsKeeping the Karma books in order is what I do best, well, after making sure my 3 kids are good, Freya, Beau and of course Phil (The big boss). I joined Karma in 2009 to take on the general admin and accounts. With a background in payroll and banking, it seemed like the perfect fit, and also meant I could work together with my Husband to help build up the business. But obviously down time is my favourite, from frequenting the theatre to being on the sofa with Made in Chelsea, although thats only if our crazy dog Rizzo lets me, I should probably take her to the next Spinning class with me.

Graphic DesignerAfter studying Design for 3 years, and then doing a 3 month intensive design course in Manchester, I decided I wanted to work somewhere more creative than the marketing agency I was in. Hello Karma! Specialising in clean typography, websites and layouts, armed with Avenir and a laptop, there’s nothing I can’t handle. I love a vintage scooter, boxing enthusiast and a rubber duck collector, I’m far from your average. A different colour of nails every week to match my creative mind, I’m the girl for the job. To get an insight into my mind – Rugged warehouses at the weekend and clean sleek designs in the week, is there a better combo? Maybe G&T?

I’m the friendly Karma Mascot, and you’ll normally find me lazing round the studio, or at home burying my bones in the garden. I love all things exciting, meeting new dogs in the park and raving to a bit of Centre Force Radio
I’m the No2 to the original Karma mascot Buddy, who sadly passed away this year, but I’m certainly stepping up and trying to fill his shoes the best I can.
I hope to see you soon, because I love new visitors!
