JLS consists of members Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, J.B. Gill and Marvin Humes. They went on to become runners-up of the fifth series of ITV reality talent show The X Factor in 2008.
We were commissioned by Global Merchandising Services to design the tour programme for the JLS 2012 tour. We were supplied with an array of approved images and was given free reign to manipulate and add effects as we saw fit, so as to give the programme an outer worldly feel. When printing the programme we used metalic silver inks over the 4 colour images inside and the cover had a double hit of red ink with a soft touch laminate over the black panels and a spot UV over the images of the boys.
